Core specification parameters of 38 through the core keel
Sectional dimensions: width 38mm (QU38), height 12mm (QU38 × 12), some products are labeled as DU38 or DC38 series.
Thickness range:
Ordinary type: 0.5-0.6mm (such as QU38 × 12 × 0.60).
Thickened type: 0.7-1.0mm (such as DC38 × 12 × 1.0).
Length standard: Typically 3 meters per piece, but can be customized according to project requirements.
Supporting application features
Material requirements: Made of galvanized steel plate, with a zinc layer thickness of ≥ 20g/m ² and rust prevention function
Mechanical performance: The weight per meter is about 0.87-1.41kg, and the actual bearing capacity needs to be combined with the main and auxiliary keels to form a complete support system.
Installation specifications:
Used in conjunction with the 50/60/75 series main keel.
Spacing requirement: Longitudinal spacing ≤ 600mm
