Sectional dimensions: width 50mm, height 35-40mm, thickness 0.5-0.6mm.

Length: The standard is 3m or 4m.

Material: Galvanized steel plate, corrosion resistance must comply with national standards.

Ceiling system (cladding secondary keel)

Sectional dimensions: commonly 50 × 19mm, 50 × 20mm (width × height), thickness 0.5mm.

Length: Customized according to the size of the decorative panel, for example, the length of the secondary keel matched with 600 × 600mm gypsum board is 600mm

2、 Installation technical specifications

Fixing the horizontal keel of the partition wall

The keel along the ground and top should be fixed with nails or expansion bolts, with a spacing of ≤ 1m and an end distance of ≤ 50mm from the wall.

The connection with the vertical keel needs to be reinforced with support clamps, with a spacing of 400-600mm.

Layout of suspended ceiling horizontal keel

The secondary keel (T-shaped) is installed perpendicular to the main keel, and the spacing is determined based on the size of the gypsum board (usually 300mm or 400mm).

Edge keel (L-shaped) is used to connect the wall and ceiling skeleton, with a standard length of 3m
