1、 Basic Construction Standards
Control of keel spacing
The spacing between vertical keels should be controlled within 400mm, and the spacing should be accurately adjusted to 453mm or 603mm according to the width of the gypsum board (such as 900mm/1200mm) to ensure that the board seam falls on the centerline of the keel
A through keel should be added to the partition wall with a height exceeding 3m, and two should be installed at a height of 3-5m
Reinforcing keels and slant support must be installed at door and window openings to ensure structural stability
Fixed and leveled
Fix along the top and ground keel with nails or expansion bolts, with a fixed point spacing of ≤ 600mm and a distance of<50mm from the end
The spacing between the fixing points of the frame keel is ≤ 1m. After installation, it needs to be straightened to ensure that the vertical deviation of the facade is ≤ 3mm and the surface flatness is ≤ 2mm
2、 Key node processing
Installation requirements for sheet metal
Gypsum board should be laid vertically, with the long side joints fixed to the vertical keel; The joints of double-layer boards should be staggered, and overlapping joints with the same keel are prohibited.
Screw spacing: board edge ≤ 200mm, board center ≤ 300mm, screw distance from board edge 10-15mm, nail head needs to be buried in the board surface and treated with rust prevention
Expansion and sealing
Reserve a 3mm slot between the gypsum board and the surrounding walls, with a bottom distance of 12mm from the ground to avoid direct contact with the ground
Fill the joint with sealant to enhance sound insulation, and the wooden keel needs to be treated for fire resistance (light steel keel itself has fire resistance)
