Main specifications of 60 main keel
Standard card type keel (modern mainstream).
Dimensions: 60 × 27 × 0.6mm (non accessible), 60 × 27 × 1.2mm (accessible).
Thickness range: 0.6~1.5mm, customizable according to load-bearing requirements.
U-shaped traditional keel (early model).
Size: 60 × 27 × 0.8~1.2mm (main keel).
Note: It is gradually being replaced by card type keels, but there are still a few projects that use it.
Other common variants
DC60 series: 60 × 27 × 1.0mm or 60 × 24 × 1.2mm, supports length customization.
CS60 upper body type: 60 × 27 × 1.5mm, used for high load-bearing suspended ceilings.
Selection precautions
Load bearing distinction: For non accessible ceilings, a thickness of 0.6~1.0mm is selected, while for accessible ceilings, a thickness of ≥ 1.2mm is required
Supporting components: It is necessary to match the same series of extension pieces (such as CS60-L) and hanging parts.
Galvanization standard: The double-sided galvanizing amount of high-quality keel should be ≥ 120g/m ² to enhance rust resistance.
